GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the remote purchase of SRY products through the website and online platforms operated by SRY.

All purchase transactions shall be governed by the provisions of Italian law, including Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce, and all applicable consumer protection regulations.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Sales contracts for products on the SRY website are considered concluded when the purchase order submitted by the customer is received and accepted by SRY.

SRY will promptly send the customer an order confirmation e-mail containing the details of the purchase.

By electronically submitting an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

ORDER PROCESSING

By submitting an order online, the customer sends SRY a purchase proposal for the products placed in the cart.

The customer agrees to purchase the selected products at the prices and under the conditions specified on the website and in these Terms & Conditions.

SRY reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Customers purchase products whose characteristics are illustrated on the website in the related descriptive and technical sections, at the price indicated therein, to which shipping costs and applicable taxes may be added.

Before confirming the order, customers will receive a summary including:

After the order has been placed, customers will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all relevant purchase information.

PAYMENT METHODS

Customers may request repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where applicable under Italian consumer protection laws.

Returned products may be inspected before approval of any refund or replacement.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without specifying any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.

Returned products must be shipped back within 14 days from the withdrawal request.

Products must be returned:

• Unused  
• In original condition  
• Complete with all accessories  
• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products  
• Made-to-order items  
• Products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened or used

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

SRY reserves the right to refuse refunds for products returned damaged, used or not compliant with the return conditions specified above.

FINAL PROVISIONS
